Facilities Master
Spend building resources and gold to upgrade facilities.
Unlocking Facility Effects
The Facilities Master is located next to the Strategist in the Command Center. By talking to him, the player can unlock various effects on camp facilities in exchange for building resources and gold. After unlocking enough facility effects, the base camp itself will gain a level. From the demo, all we know is that it takes 10 facility effects to level up from camp level E.
